The owners, describing the place in their own words
Twin brothers, and ten years in other people’s kitchens first.
They say it themselves: before this room on Main Street there were ten years working at private golf clubs and restaurants around Westchester. That is a decade of cooking to somebody else’s standard before opening a place of their own, and it is the single most interesting thing about this business.
It is also, at the moment, almost impossible to find out. That sentence sits at the bottom of a directory page, half-hidden behind a “read more” link, where essentially nobody reads it. It belongs at the top of a page of their own.

These three are the ones published with names attached. Customers name plenty more (parmigiana, pasta, salads, breakfast), but those come from reviews rather than from a menu, so they are not printed here as though they were one.

Closed Mondays, and the week gets later as it goes.
Half past eleven every day it opens. The closing time climbs through the week: half six at the start, seven on Thursday, half eight on Friday and Saturday. Sunday starts half an hour earlier and finishes at six.
It is not a pattern anyone would guess, which is exactly why it should be written down somewhere the restaurant controls.
